Not only can you shop for shoes here, but you can consign your shoes for us to sell for a small consignment fee. The concept of the store is to bring together the community of sneaker enthusiasts as well as to keep the culture alive in Orlando, FL to worldwide!

How can I order?

Just click “add to cart” besides the item(s) you want to your basket, choose “Shipping Destination”, then click “Submit your choice”

Why are prices different for the same shoe in different sizes?

Sizes very in limitation which causes prices to fluctuate. 

How long does it take to ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

How can I check my order status?

Once your order is shipped you will get a tracking number via email.

How can I pay? ORDERS FROM THE UNITED STATES

We ACCEPT orders with VISA / MASTER CARD ad Paypal. The credit card user must be the same person as the name printed on the card (owner of the card and account).

Can you ship to my work address?

We only ship to Credit Card billing address’, there are no exceptions.

Can I cancel / change my order?

We cannot cancel an order once it has been place, so please be sure before you give your credit card information.

Can I return / exchange my order?

All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges in any circumstances.

Are All shoes authentic?

All shoes are guaranteed to be 100% authentic.

Is there any products which you are not showing on the site?

We show every item we currently have in stock, and there are no other items, sizes, colors available.

My size is not shown on the website but is there any way you can get my size as well?

As previously stated, our full inventory is reflected on our page. If you would like a different size, please check back with us, as our inventory is updated everyday.

Why was my order was cancelled?

All orders without Credit Card billing address will be automatically cancelled.

Do you accept trades?

Yes, we do accept trades under curtain circumstances.

How and where do you ship?

We ship via UPS or USPS from our store in Orlando, FL.

How long does it take my order to arrive?

2-6 business days depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

You will be provided with a tracking/delivery confirmation number once your order has been shipping via email.

I can't track my item with a tracking number you gave me

Sometimes it takes 24-48 hours to track your item depending on destination country.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping is $10 flat rate per shoe.

Any shipping insurance available?

All orders from the continental United States will be insured for the full purchase amount.

Can you put my item in extra box?

All orders are double boxed to provide optimal protection.

How much are custom charges on top of the price?

Custom charges are country dependent so check with the customs bureau of your particular country before ordering.
